We believe here at Concentric and Lawson’s, that If all landlords, agents and investors are more knowledgeable and experienced, knowing what to look out for when selecting an agent, a tenant or a house to buy then we believe the market would operate so much better.
We would like to see the back of the “rogue agent” with regulation, an end to the “slum landlord” with education and enforcement, and the industry improving as a consequence.
