1984, quickly made a significant impact on Lawsons, progressing and extending his role and responsibilities to include Check Out visits to properties, after tenant’s vacate, where he demonstrated his finely tuned communication skills having to deal with very delicate negotiations, regards tenant’s and landlord’s agreeing final security deposit returns.
Additionally, Tony’s eye for detail and accuracy made him the ideal candidate to take up the position of in-house Inventory Manager, making Lawsons the first Wolverhampton based lettings agent to have a member of staff devoted to the preparation of all inventories. During his time at Lawsons, Tony attended several external courses run by ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) in order to expand his extensive knowledge base, subsequently studied for, and passing, his Level 1 examination to become an industry accredited ARLA member. And more recently, he attended an Inventory training course run under the auspices of the National Federation of Property Professionals and, having passed those examinations, this enabled him to be a member of the Association of Professional Inventory Providers (APIP) Tony now holds a respected senior management position within Lawsons, couple with running their Inspections Division. Tony is now running in-house training sessions for members of the Lawsons team, who wish to study for the ARLA examinations, and will be joining the training team in the Lawsons Academy. |
